Is Intermittent Fasting Good, or Deadly?

But there is also a large body of research that shows that intermittent fasting is good for you - it has been shown to boost the immune system, improve blood sugar, cholesterol, metabolism, weight, and benefit longevity. So which is it - is Intermittent fasting good for us, or could it kill us? I decided to invite Dr. Kurt Perkins on the podcast again to discuss.
