Dark Chocolate - Prescription for Health or Health Hazzard?
Should we leave the doctor’s office with a prescription to eat dark chocolate? A BMJ study found dark chocolate reduced heart attack risk by 37%, and stroke by 29%. Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants and minerals. It has been found to boost brain health, energy, mood, and even all cause mortality. But does dark chocolate have a dark side?
